Trail Report: The trails are awesome - 6 more inches this morning, total now at 62 inches, 20 on the ground. Expecting more snow tonight and tomorrow.

Snow and Weather: Snow is in the forecast through New Year’s Day and beyond. Temps just about perfect 20″ of snow is the official word from the Wastewater Treatment Plant at Ironwood.

TRAIL REPORT:
We got about 5″ Friday night here south of Big Rapids. The groomer went through also-thanks Pere Marquette Snowmobile Club!
The trail was in good shape Sunday, then we got about an inch of new snow
Monday. Have a safe New Year!
West Branch Trails - Dec 30

Trails in West Branch on 12/30/07 were slightly congested with traffic but the trails are snow covered and in good condition. Snowfall on ground is approx. a foot and a half. Trails have ice under the snow so use caution on the corners.
Got about 1/2 inch of new snow last night!

Traffic is up and the trails are busy while the groomers are running good and keeping up. Just talked with the groomer garage and they gave a good report, with all groomers on the go and doing their job.

My parents live in SW Michigan. I love to visit them… especially in the winter when I can go snowmobiling. Thank all of you for your current updates. It helps greatly when I need to trailer north in search of snow.

Trail Report: December 29 2007 Snowmobile Trails We got 7 inches of new snow today . Trails are in great shape. I will take new pictures tomorrow in the a.m. - The pere Marquette trails are in excellent shape.

This is a scenic ride north from Gaylord to Indian River. Rolling hillsides, wetlands with meandering streams, snow laden cattails. Tunnels going under the roadways and pine trees lining the trails frosted white. Still all white and plenty of snow on the trails.
